Cold Japanese cucumber noodles, July

 

 

 

Ingredients

Big Japanese cucumber

Mentuyu (Dipping sauce)

Water

Toasted sesame seeds

 

 

STEPS

1) Slice cucumber with a peeler. It is OK with flat noodles.

 

2) Mix one part of mentuyu and two or three parts water.

 

3) Dip cucumber noodles with the diluted mentuyu. As a Yakumi, toasted sesame seeds would be recommended.
