Prosciutto Wrapped Sunchoke Appetizer for February

Ingredients

・Sunchoke (Jerusalem artichoke)
・Prosciutto
・Parmigiano reggiano

Instructions

1) Steam sunchokes and Peel the skins and Mash them up.


2) Roll up the mashed sunchokes with prosciutto.
3) Grate Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and sprinkle on the prosciutto wrapped shunchoke.
