Beets Syrup


beet       1kg
sugar 800g


Step 1

Cut raw beets into half inch dice.
You don’t need to peel the beets because Yabo beets are organic.

Step 2

Put them into a clean jar and sugar on.
Flavors can also be added, such as fresh or dried mint leaves, ginger or slice of lemon if you like.


Step 3

Seal the jar and wait a week.
As coming out of beet water as bubbles on the surface, mix them slow with your clean hand every day.

It can be stored about a month.
Fridge stored is much beter in Summer.
The syrup and fizz water when you want.

Raw beet juice made of sugar osmolar fermentation is typically recommended in limited amounts due to high sugar content, but it is said no risk to your body as sugar is dissolved in fermenting.
