Napa Cabbage Namul Salad

Ingredients  (serves 3)

1/4 napa cabbage
1/2 yuzu
salt, sugar, sesame oil  as you please

 

Step 1

Rub the sliced cabbage with salt and sugar until redued by half in volume.

 

Step 2

Add squeezed yuzu juice and stir in sesame oil until well mixed.

 

Step 3

Top with peeled and sliced thin stripes of yuzu yellow skin.
